Improvement on Performances of Internal Combustion Engine Using the Technology of Ceramic Coating

This paper introduces a new technology of using ceramic coating on piston tings of an internal combustion engine, and the comparison of mechanical efficiency and performances of an actual engine before and after the application of ceramic coating on the piston rings. The experimental results show that the mechanical efficiency and power output are enhanced by 4% and 2.6%, respectively, with fuel consumption reduced by 2.9%. Further studies on coating processing and coating materials as well as the reliability and durability will be of great significance in the application and popularization of the new technology.  相似文献

分析了黄铜锭的冶金质量对低压铸造水暖制件组织与力学性能的影响,结果表明铜锭冶金质量直接影响铸件的杂气含量与力学性能,对于不同冶金质量的铜锭(A、B),当成分相近时,经细化处理后铸件的结晶组织形态差别不大,夹杂相均为以PbO2为主、混有CuO2、ZnO或SiO2的氧化物复合夹杂,但铸件BC的夹气较多;在相同的熔体处理及成型工艺条件下,铸件AC的抗拉强度比Bc增加了16.3%,伸长率增加了26.6%.  相似文献   

A Study of the Development of the Concept of Mechanical Stability in Preschool Children

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether preschool children (aged 4.5–6 years) can construct the concept of mechanical stability through structured hands-on activities involving the building of a tower on an inclined plane and through the use of cans of various sizes and weights. The data derived mainly from direct observation and the visual component of video tape recordings of thirty-seven children. These children formed three treatment groups which participated in structured-guided, structured-unguided and unstructured-unguided activities respectively. There is strong evidence that appropriately structured activities involving children's action on objects and the objects immediate reaction, as well as children's opportunity to vary this action, complemented with a scaffolding strategy can help children construct the concept of mechanical stability and apply it in other similar contexts. The paper also presents a theoretical framework for the teaching and learning of physics in the early years.  相似文献

试验研究了砂率、石子级配以及搅拌与成型工艺对透水混凝土主要性能的影响。试验结果表明：砂率和石子级配对混凝土的抗压强度有利,但同时对透水系数有着负面的影响;机械成型对混凝土强度有益而对透水系数有影响,但影响不显著。合理解决这些问题能为配置高性能透水混凝土提供依据。  相似文献
